10am Vintage FM with Don and Mike

Music, interviews & chat, discussing issues affecting older people. “Each week we meet a local hero, hear their story and get them to introduce their favourite music tracks.”

11am Audrey’s Early Drive

Trying to understand the world better, it's a music magazine show with real people sharing their realities on 'stuff that matters' in work and personally. From civil liberty and equality, to music and the arts, it's rich, diverse, inclusive, relevant content for the widest possible audience, fused with and aligned to my Jazzy-vibes.

And celebrating the lives of my OBNOs, people 50+ who make up 30% of the workforce, it's racially informed social commentary at its best.

12 Noon Tony's Time Machine

Climb on board and step into and listen to Tonys Time Machine every Tuesday Live at 12 noon ! Tony visits some great periods in music, especially rock..with Yes, Led Zepp, Wishbone Ash and all FAB variety. Poetry - For The Love of Music by Harriet Blackbury and a great variety of stories of travel, rock band history and The Final Countdown!

1pm Pennine Pioneers of Science - every other Tuesday

A jargon free hour of science rooted in the people and places of the northwest. Join Gubir , a local author specialising in spaceflight, science and history. Mostly engaging spoken-word but a few interesting tracks along the way too.

1pm Floating Mandala - every other Tuesday

A Farsi language show, talking about women, Iran, culture, dance and self empowerment.

2pm Happy Hour

The radio show that connects older people that attend Inspired Taskforce activities at Levenshulme Inspire. Presenter Kate Williams plays a few tunes, cracks a few (bad) jokes and passes on any gossip about our friends and family at Inspire she's heard in the week. There’s usually a quiz and handy hints and tips to beat the blues.

3pm Small World - Roots of the Blues

Weekly Blues Show with Chris Small, a great mix of traditional and modern blues artists. They’re introduced with an interesting blend of background details and stories about the artists. 4pm Out of our Shell - monthly

The premise of our show is Variety, Diversity and Disability. We play great music, there's plenty of chat and information about events taking place in the area. In the second half of the show there is also a quiz.

4pm Razom - Every other Tuesday

Join Anatoli where he’ll be discussing Ukrainian culture, music and events going on. There’ll be guests, live music and lively discussion.

4pm Eclectic FM - Every other Tuesday

Students from Xaverian College discussing a range of issues and playing a range of music. Upbeat, lively all in advance of your ‘drivetime’ home.

5pm Somos con Cecilia Ramos

Tuesday Drive time Spanish language Show, 5pm till 7pm. For those who love Latin music such as bachata , merengue, cumbia, regueton. Plus interviews, discussions and a few laughs along the way. Find me online  @somos.cr web: www.somoscr.co.uk

7pm Persian Seda

The show is presented by various volunteers of the Iranian community in Greater Manchester. Persianseda Show is a magazine format to entertain the community and beyond.

We work for our Persian/ Iranian Community in Greater Manchester to keep the Great Persian Culture alive which is an Inspiration to the Nation.

9pm Sound Extension

Electronic Sound Guide and Introduction to different music. Each month aimed at 4 main elements of electro sound. House, Melodic and Liquid DnB, Heavy Drum & Bass and Deep Dubstep.

11pm Pandora's Box Of Delights

Whatever your taste in music from 12th Century plainsong to black metal (and almost every genre in between) or if you just want to discover what else is out there to enjoy, you will find all that and more on "Pandora's Box Of Delights", playing tunes from the last 1,000 years and putting opposite styles back-to-back. You are likely to hear almost anything from almost anybody. There will probably be some surprises too. So, why not tune in and see what you might find?

Drawing, amongst other places, from the local open mic nights and folk clubs, the show focuses on the less well known artists and occasionally the slightly more well-known artists. Sometimes there’s guests playing live sets and chatting about their music. Now and then the show may be completely different. Watch out for surprises.
