ALLFM will collaborate with St Mary’s Primary School children, Moss Side in re creating the voice of their peers during World War I. Via research the children will develop monologues recreating the voices of those children from a hundred years ago. This will be recorded to a soundscape of the noises of Manchester 1914-1918. This audio tapestry will be played out on ALLFM 96.9.
This project is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, North West.
We are looking for freelance:
– Writers & Drama Practitioners
– Soundscape Designers.
Applicants should have experience in working with children in the voluntary and/or educucational sector.
