ALLFM is a volunteer-led organisation, each of our presenters began working with us as a volunteer from the local community and has received extensive radio and broadcast training. Presenters are given the freedom to plan and produce their shows creating a diverse schedule catering to ALL tastes. The Volunteer Steering Group have also developed some new roles to help staff out over the past year.
